"Ash was SUPER responsive throughout the time we were defining our trip with multiple families for a family reunion. The house itself is spacious with a fun, electic array of art throughout the house. The fooseball table and old school PacMan game was a huge hit with the kids! We enjoyed the back yard area and the spacious open kitchen, dining, family area for our gathering. Location was excellent to all the things we wanted to do. I hope we get a chance to stay there again in the future! "

"The staff there is lovely. I think this is one of the best places I’ve stayed out from home. The cleanliness is on point, the staff is super welcoming, friendly and generally just amazing people. I think I’ve told each one I’ve encountered how great their customer service is. The place is great when it comes to safety. Fully fenced and you can’t access the interior unless you are staying there via your room card. There is no noise, and even with being next to the I-40 you won’t even know it if you don’t go out the building and see. The rooms are great whether you are there for business or pleasure. It entails of a chair and table that can be used as a desk, it also has a full studio kitchen with cupboards and also enough room to put your clothing and all other personal belongings. I was happy to find a laundry basket as-well as hangers for my use. There is a laundry room which is well kept. This place is great."

"This property is poorly maintained and feels like they are running out of money to service it properly. No towels soap or shampoo. Had to get from front desk. No TV remote. No internet on wifi. Smoke detector hanging from wires on ceiling. The toilet lid smashed and pooply glued together. The toilet seat had one broken hinge. The toilet flush handle had to be held in place with one hand while using it."

"There was homeless people hanging around outside, people smoking and drinking on the walkway, the room was dirty and had burn holes in the bed blankets, no towels in the bathroom or soap"
