"Very clean with towel replacement, garbage emptied, bathroom tidied… The air conditioner was excellent which was appreciated give the excessive temperatures. Refrigerator worked well. I was given several bottled waters upon request. Coffee was available first thing in the morning. Managers were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again. "

"My stay was wonderful!! We were in town for the 4th of July to view the fireworks in Alex Bay and this was the closest hotel I could get. While we wanted to do a little sightseeing, I so wish I could have had more time just to spend watching the river, utilizing pool and cooking out on the grill. We did use the firepit, which was great, just don't forget the bug repellent!!! They loved my Pennsylvania skin!! Our room was on the Riverside, but don't be concerned if one isn't available for you, just walk around poolside and enjoy the view!! I would absolutely stay there again!! "

"Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. We loved this place everybody was so nice, the breakfast was great. My son loved the beach and kyacks they had out to use for free! Cool playground too! We were a little bummed that the pool was closed bit they say it will open back up with a lazy river! We will be back again! "
