"I booked one room through hotels.com and we had an emergency at our house so we decided to book an extra night through home2suites. They were very accommodating in trying to keep our same room. However they had to move us. Gwen at night was so sweet and helped us with checking in and any questions we had! Tasha in the morning offered to keep our things down stairs while we went out for the day before our other room was ready. Then she took our things up to our room for us before we got back. Those two were amazing and have great customer service skills. I would definitely stay there again. "
