We had an excellent stay. It was easy to find right off the highway. The front desk agents were very helpful, especially Alison S. Alison helped us switch rooms when we were not able to switch inputs on the smart TV. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were multiple offerings every day. The Fitness center and pool were clean and well kept. We stayed a week and felt well taken care of during our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!

I was disappointed that there was no hot tub as advertised. Maybe update the photos. I found an old women's pull up in the sofa bed. Double check your cleaning. I love that the mattress was in plastic though. The staff was very polite and friendly. Overall the start was enjoyable. At least there weren't any bugs.
