"This is a short-term rental apartment overlooking Santa Croce Plaza. The check-in process was easy, the manager/assistant met us at the apartment and checked us in. Santa Croce Plaza is wonderful and the apartment has a stunning view of the Plaza from its second-story location (like a third-story apartment in the US). "We were left really disappointed by our stay here. Communication had been great prior to the stay, and the apartment is in a good location and well maintained. But so many things went wrong during our stay that we can’t leave the positive review we had hoped to! When we arrived at the apartment, the water, air conditioning and some of the electricity was not working. The owners did respond and we were able to turn the water and electricity back on, and said that they would send someone to fix...
