"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable. "This is a big house; 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Lots of different rooms downstairs, both inside & out. Good useful space for relaxing both inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen although there is a microwave but no oven. Washing machine is locked away so only maid can use which was odd to us as western Europeans. Very handy for walking to beach & off main road so fairly quiet"
