"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be checked for safety. The kitchen had a lot of appliances but very few of them worked. We would not stay again."

"Easy check-in. The manager went out of his way to make us comfortable. Helped set up the campfire too. The staff was very humble and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful too, not too many options but whatever they have is very good. Will definitely stop by for some dessert everytime we are in the area. "
