"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Ellie's property! We loved the lake, canoe, dock, fire pit, bbq, and upper decks. The house itself is beautiful and fit the 8 of us comfortably. Our host Ellie was very communicative and helped us sort out some issues with our Internet and answered all questions promptly.
