"Rooms are okay but dated. We had a mountain view but it also overlooked the parking lot and a major highway which spoiled the view. Rooms were cleaned daily but hair was noticeable on the bed after they made it for the day. Also, breakfast options are limited if you have any allergies."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service & Perfect Location for Large Groups! We recently stayed here as a large group of 20 people (5 families), and we had an absolutely fantastic experience!The hotel's location is perfect. The town of Canmore is beautiful, and this lodge sits in the ideal spot to easily explore everything. We were just minutes away from all the incredible local restaurants, cafes, and main attractions, which made managing a large group so much easier. The highlight of our stay was easily the staff. Every single team member was incredibly great, courteous, and polite. Honestly, the level of service here is top-notch—we have stayed at 5-star hotels that didn't have service this attentive and welcoming. The onsite amenities really brought our group together. They have a fantastic outdoor fire pit, and the hotel generously provided the wood, which made for a memorable evening experience for all the families. We also loved the 24/7 free coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. To top it all off, the complimentary glass of wine and snacks every evening at 7:00 PM was a beautiful, generous touch that we looked forward to every day.Highly recommend this hotel for families, groups, or anyone looking for world-class service close to all of Canmore's best spots. We will definitely recommend!"
