"Everything was nice, loved our rooms. I didn't like that one of the indoor pools in the left tower was closed while we were there and only had the one side so it was a little crowded. And the outdoor splashpad was closed due to maintenance on building above it and none of that was listed when booking. But The indoor pool must have had someone get sick etc in it bc it looked like they were cleaning it. but for days! The tiki bar wasn't opened outdoors so that was a bummer but the inside one was, just hate we had to walk all over to just get there. It would be nice to have more beverage and food options there. Starbucks also closed early at noon and that sucked. Great place though just hope they add more options for food and drinks. The people that worked there were wonderful and helpful!"

"The stay was nice, but our last morning was frustrating. After breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room. My boyfriend had to go down to the front desk twice..the first time they reset the same key, which still didn’t work. The second time they gave him a new key, which finally worked. It took so long because we were on a very high floor and the elevators kept stopping on multiple floors. I ended up standing outside our room for 25 minutes on a high floor while he went back and forth. I had to quickly pack and shower in 30 minutes to avoid being charged for overstaying. Other than that, room was nice."

"This property was great for our family. We live near this property and needed a large gathering place and this was a perfect place. Two of the individuals were in wheelchairs and the lift was required for our stay. I would recommend it highly. The upper balcony furniture does need to be updated or at least made sturdier. "

"Not sure how I feel about this place,I stayed with family of four and chose it for everything to do in the facility since weather was cold and rainy ….The price during poor weather or winter months is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT…( water park closed for season should have been posted on site at least not that I saw during my booking search)) arcade,golf,and indoor pool was available (cost not a lot but still more money) breakfast buffet (again more money) was smaller then most continental breakfast and in completely different buildings. STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. DO GO TO THE NAIL SALON DURING YOUR VISIT VERY GREAT PRICES AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE "
