"very nice property"

"The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service"

"I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon."

"So sound proof!! Excellent service. Thank you so much!"

"The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to...

"The location was good but there were many poor experience especially when travelling with family. Room was pathetic with such old furniture and fittings. It was so shabby and especially after paying so much never expected such oyo level room. Restaurant dining experience was pathetic with staff not able to help guests. Worst experience was when one of the staff mentioned that for my buffet meal(included in my package), there is only 1 roti allowed. This is the first time in my life I heard such...

"Had a good stay"

"Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."

"All good"

"Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids"

"Staffs were coperative but property turning old ac was not up to the mark rest all was good"

"The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor."

"We had a great stay here, staff were lovely and pools were clean and well maintained. Very tropical feel throughout the resort, very relaxed!"

"Ta boende men ingen vidare frukost."

"Only downside was the guests queuing up to use the rooftop pool , leaving towels on beds and not returning for ages , sad people "

"Nice comfy stay near candolim"
