Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"I just returned from a 5-day/4-night birthday trip to Haven Riviera, and it exceeded my expectations! One of the biggest perks is the location. The resort is only about 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport, so once you land, you can get to the resort and start your vacation almost immediately. The property is beautiful, and we were welcomed with cold towels and a delicious drink. We were lucky to be checked in by Sandra, who was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. We upgraded to Serenity Club, and once she learned we were celebrating my birthday, the staff added so many thoughtful touches, including a birthday banner, towel decorations, and a cake in our room. Sandra also recommended a restaurant for my birthday dinner, and the staff sang happy birthday, which made the experience even more special. Both rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I especially loved the steamer and Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The food was very good overall, with plenty of variety, including Mediterranean, hibachi, and buffet options. I’d give the food about an 8/10. My only food-related complaint is that I wish there were more casual poolside food options. Most restaurants required you to get dressed, so a quick snack option near the pool would be a great addition. The pool atmosphere was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Colunga at the swim-up bar was fun, efficient, and consistent, and Yale from the entertainment team always gave energy."

"Clean room, great staff. Food was okay, my favorite was the buffet. Liked the beach and being able to get in the water. Pools close to early and the center pool should have a little swim up bar. Would stay there again."
