Located at the heart of Cancun's hotel zone, this family condo offers 180 degree beach front views with 2,150 sq ft of living space, 24 hours security and if you want to enjoy peace and quiet is located away from all the noise and commotion of the discos and spring breakers, within walking distance to restaurants, Isla Shopping Center, nightlife and more.

Please be assured that your health and safety is our primary concern. We have taken many measures to ensure that your condo has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to your arrival.

Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days.
We are a family place no spring or summer breakers.

Residencial Bridec is a low rise (3 Stories) building in kilometer 11.5 of Blvd. Kukulkan (the main thoroughfare of Cancun's hotel zone), the unit is located in the penthouse, 2150 sq feet, 2 master bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, dining, family, living and laundry rooms, a balcony and fully equipped kitchen, free internet. Only a few steps to a glorious turquoise beach.
General Information: Residencial Bridec has 12 individually owned units a pool, cabana and BBQ area with an onsite manager and maintenance personnel. The building is located across the street from Plaza Flamingo where you can find a pharmacy, mini market, a bank, restaurants and shopping, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.

The Penthouse suite was incredible. Our view was on the ocean side therefore you could hear the waves and not the traffic on Kukuclan blvd. The swim pool was amazing and we’re 75 meters from the ocean which was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

The condo was bigger than we realized from the ad. It was in immaculate condition. It’s in a perfect location. Close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Annabel was very responsive whenever we needed her. We would love to come back here again.

Location, location, location! Great spot with beach to ourselves practically. Loved waking up every morning an reading on the outdoor couch on the veranda with the beautiful blue waters crashing on the beach. Beds were super comfortable and tons of space. Showers could use a little pressure and pool was not heated so we didn't use but wouldn't trade this location for anything. Tacun taco stand next door was ideal for easy meals out or take out if we didn't eat in!

I can't really build on what everyone else has said - seems like a private beach: quiet, empty, pristine. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Convenience store, restaurant and bus to town basically at the front door. Loved it all.

First and foremost the Condo is more beautiful in person then the photos. We were welcomed by Estevan who was wonderful! Ana communicated ahead of time so we knew where to park and she gave us more information like Wifi and working remotes etc. She came and greeted us our second day and she is sweet and Bubbly and very attentive. We will definitely come back! The view is unbelievable and its very conveniently located!!!

The property was just as described. The views were beautiful. The property had everything we needed. The two en suite bedrooms were very nice with lots of room. Anabel and the staff at the unit were extremely helpful and so nice. The beach was steps away and they set up chairs and an umbrella for us. It was a very relaxing vacation.

This property is everything you can imagine and more. Beautiful, spacious, very, very clean and close to everything. It is right on the beach and the view is breathtaking. Anabel is a wonderful "Landlord" who is personable, warm, friendly and very helpful. She gave us tips on where to go best times to go, things to look out for, etc... There is also a wonderful little restaurant right there. We will definitely be going back!!!

Can not say enough about this place. Located right in the middle of the hotel district, you have your own private beach, pool and balcony to see the best sunrises. The bus system gets you anywhere you need and there is a taco stand right out the front gate. The apartment was well stocked with anything you might need including all beach supplies. Don't waste your time looking for something else. This is what you are looking for.

We were so comfortable in this lovely and spacious home. We were warmly welcomed and given a tour and reminded to make ourselves at home. The water is so blue and refreshing and the sparkling pool made the freshwater dip feel amazing! We had everything we could possibly need and Estoban was always there to help with our beach chairs and umbrellas. The full moon rise was something to behold! This is a perfect, cozy spot that is nicely tucked away in the hotel zone. Five stars all around!!

The property was clean and welcoming. We arrived and easily checked in. The regulation sheet that was left for reference was very helpful. The house manager was wonderful and accommodating. The kitchen was well appointed. There were a few pantry staples that could have been available such as aluminum foil and extra water bottles for the 5-gallon dispenser. There were electrical issues that caused the lights and the microwave to go on and off. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very intense. The location of the condo was perfect. The pool was refreshing and clean. We had a wonderful vacation.

We LOVED this Condo! The accommodations are beautiful and spacious and we had everything we needed. The view and "our beach" were amazing! This is our first visit to Cancun, the water color is breathtaking! While there are resorts on either side of the condo, for our stay, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves, other than people walking along the shoreline. We did note that it was just me and my husband staying. The second bedroom is roomy and comfortable in appearance but there was no natural light or view. The location provides easy access to stores and restaurants by walking, private transportation (we did not use any taxis) or public bus (bus very easy and affordable, 12 pesos for each person, each ride during our stay). The bank across the street from the condo only exchanges USD for pesos (make sure you take your original passport or passport card (no copies, no photo on your phone). You cannot get cash from your account. There are however banks/ATMS nearby. We did not bring enough cash for this trip, noted this for next time. The Circle K has standard Circle K items including beer. The pharmacy next door however does sell wine and spirits. Thank you so much to condo owner, Anabel, private transportation services from Rosy (and her son Dorian), and on-site staff, Estaban and Delvis, who were all so friendly, accommodating, and wonderful! We did not want to leave!!

The view is superb. It is right on the sandy beach and ocean. However, the condo complex and condo are not well maintained. You can see rust outside and all over inside. The mattress sags. There are not enough cooking utensils. The oven would not work properly. The pilot light did not work and lighting the oven with a lighter was dangerous. The oven would not heat properly. The doorwalls would not lock, and leaked when it rained. Many of the windows were partially or fully blocked from outside by storm window coverings. The bathrooms do not have doors. There were small ants all over the condo, marching in from around window/doorwall frames. Overall, for the price we paid, we expected a better maintained and supplied condo.

Overall we liked this condo, it’s on the top floor and steps to the beach. The balcony was our favorite spot. Be warned that even though the balcony is in the shade most of the day the UV sun rays still toasted my legs so wear sunscreen. We found everything we needed to cook daily meals. The supermarket is a 5 minute bus ride from the condo and was about 68 pesos per person. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. The main thing we didn’t like about the condo are the aluminum storm shutters that cover the windows. Even though they are retracted, they bang constantly due to the windy conditions ever present in Cancun. We found this very annoying at night when we were trying to sleep. Also the unit has small ants that were present in the kitchen, laundry room and entrance to the master bedroom. A can of bug spray was found but it didn’t work. As long as you packed up all your food and kept the kitchen clean of crumbs and spills they didn’t bother us. This was our first time renting a condo instead of doing the all inclusive and we were very happy with experience. Special shoutout to Rosy and her son Dorian who transported us to and from the airport.

Pros: - Beach is like walking on flour and has hardly any sargassum seaweed(not sure if we just lucked out time-wise or if this location doesn't have issues like others along the coast) - Water is GORGEOUS! Turquoise blue w/ sandy bottom. We had nice waves for bodysurfing. Calm waters or surf are determined by wind speed and direction, so never a guarantee what you will get(at least that's my understanding) - Anabel, Rosy and Hazel(host/contacts) were very helpful and quick w/ responses; Esteban and Hilario(workers) always had smiles and were eager to lend a hand; Carlos and Damian(drivers) were very friendly and good w/ suggestions. - Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well-appointed(tho an extra ice cube tray might have come in handy) Cons: - LR furniture is not overly comfy(especially for a tall family) - pool was cold and not super inviting(but not a huge deal for us as we prefer the beach) Mixed: - beach is private so you will basically have it to yourself! Nice, except that I think our 18 and 19 year old kids might have preferred a lil more "action" LOL! - location. Having the condo located right off the busy road was a bit disconcerting at first. That said, you can't really hear the traffic noise from the condo/beach and we ended up finding it to be an adventurous experience using the bus system to get around to different beaches, grocery stores and restaurants!

This unit is exactly as pictured! Tons of space and well equipped. Anabel, the owner, was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The guys who work at the complex were always happy to help and do extra things like set up beach chairs and umbrellas (make sure to tip them for these extras). The unit itself was incredibly clean and very spacious. The balcony overlooking the sea alone was as large as a hotel room. Its location is among smaller condos and houses so there aren’t a bunch of people on the beach. The sea here is beautiful. Everything is right in the area like the Circle K and pharmacy across the street. The restaurant next door- Tacun- has good food at reasonable prices for the hotel zone. Lots of stuff is a quick bus ride away like the Mayan Museum and the best grocery store Chedraui which delivers what you’ve bought for a couple of dollars. Our kids loved the pool and the other renters in the small complex (12 units) seemed to be easygoing. A previous person wrote about the seaweed which was definitely there during our stay. Apparently all of the Mexican Caribbean has been hit with sargasso seaweed the last couple of years. Some days it was pretty bad and others it wasn’t a problem at all. I will say that this phenomenon is happening over an area of thousands of square miles so it seems unfair to critique any individual property for this. Apparently it was even worse further south in Playa del Carmen talking to other travelers. I will add that the ocean on the east facing beaches can be a little rough for younger kids which is something to keep in mind. All in all, I can’t say enough positive things about the unit itself. I will add that the entire area of the hotel zone feels incredibly safe. We have two young kids and visited lots of places, took buses, and even spent an evening in downtown Cancun at Parque de las palapas and felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend this condo!

We just returned from our trip to Cancun with my brother and his wife. It was a first time trip to Mexico for all of us and we weren't sure what to expect! Anabel, the owner and her assistant, Rosy, put us to ease before our arrival and took such good care of us upon arrival, throughout the week and at our departure. It was so nice to have Rosy greet us at the airport and deliver us to the apartment. She gave us great advice of what to do, where to eat and showed us around the condo! The place is just like you see in the pictures! The view is fabulous and we spent much of our time on the deck overlooking the ocean. The beds were comfortable, especially the master king bed with it's own view of the ocean! The kitchen is outfitted perfectly, although we only ate breakfast and snacks at the house. We did see the very small ants in around the kitchen, but kept everything picked up and cleaned and kept our food in the fridge or microwave which helped. The condo is very clean! So many good restaurants in the area that we didn't need to cook! It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The 24 hour security guys were there to assist when needed. There is somewhat of a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish. We walked to the grocery store less than 2 miles away, but took a taxi home instead of using the bus. The bus did seem pretty straight forward, but we usually walked or took tours to explore other areas. There are worthwhile, well organized tours. We snorkeled out by the islands and visited one of the island. We enjoyed our long day at Xcaret (Mexico's Disney). You've got to see the night time show. Dinner at the show was a treat! We also enjoyed the Mayan ruins tour. It was a 3 hour one way drive, but worth it! The only thing we'd do differently next time is stay for two weeks! One week was just not long enough! We really liked the bay side restaurants nearby, Limoncello Seafood was excellent as was the Italian Restaurant on the same pier. Thank you Anabel and Rosy! We are so happy we found you! We chose this unit based on the 5-star reviews. We were traveling in a group of 4 adults and wanted to be somewhere on the beach, but not in the 'party zone. It is located next to other condo/apartment complexes, so there aren't lots of people on the beach. The condo is literally steps from the sand. It is located on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator, so be prepared for steps. The maintenance workers will help with your luggage if you ask. We were there Nov 8-13, which is considered 'off season', so there was hardly anyone else in the complex. The beach was our own most days. Romero (the maintenance guy) was quick to bring down beach chairs and an umbrella for a small tip. Many of the beach chairs had cracks in them, so Romero took the time to find 4 chairs in good condition. The condo itself had everything we could want; a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave are available. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash your own dishes. There are plenty of glasses, silverware, and plates/bowls for your use. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group of 4. We each had a bedroom with en suite bathroom. There's also a half bath attached to the kitchen in the utility room. That's also where the stacked washer/dryer is located. It was nice to throw our sweaty, sandy clothes and bathing suits in for a wash before heading home. One recommendation I'd give is to actually go to the condo before heading to the store. We had Rosy (Anabel's assistant) take us to Wal-Mart on the way from the airport to the condo. We bought salt/pepper, lots of toilet paper, and other necessities. If we had actually gone to the condo first, we would've seen that there was already salt/pepper there. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms, so we didn't need as much as we bought. Plus, everything we needed we could've just bought across the street at the farmacia. Pretty much we just drank and ate snacks at the condo. For our meals we went out. Tacun (in front of the condo) is amazing! Their guacamole is so good! And the staff are so eager to please! The bus system is super easy to navigate. We were a little nervous at first, but it's not hard. There are buses coming every few minutes, so you jump on and away you go. I would suggest converting your money to pesos. You will not get change if you use USD. This condo was everything we wanted! We will definitely be back! Rosy and Anabel were wonderful!

Very nice place to stay. It was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Large patio with great ocean view. Beautiful beach. The condo has a good location and is close to all amenities. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and helpful and contributed to making our vacation enjoyable.

Beautifully decorated condo. Well supplied. The building definitely needs updating. The adjacent condo is undergoing major renovations, causing construction noise at times. The pool is not heated and there are no railings to get in or out. If you want or like fresh fruits and vegetables during your stay youll need to take the bus to the major super market Chaudrai, about 12 minutes ride. Make sure to bring sturdy grocery bags. There is no cable TV but there is an Apple TV with streaming services. We found restaurants very expensive compared to what we're accustomed to at home. Transport to and from the airport was available and Rosy and Dorian were very helpful. Annabel answered all our queries immediately and and resolved any issues we had. The beach is beautiful.

we were in this apartment for 7 days and the Location was perfect. The view of the sea was breathtaking. The apartment had everything you needed. Check in was great. The owner welcomed us and showed us everything and gave us some advice. She replied to every message if there was a problem or question. I recommend this apartment 100%
