The resort definitely was what you paid for with it being cheaper but you still had the bottomless drinks and the gorgeous view so I’d say it’s worth it in a sense. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was definitely an experience.

The staff were excellent very nice , the dining was limited they had 4 restaurants but only ONE open same food and it was very nasty food , it smelt like fish in the whole suite, and room was hot, ac was not working , no water bottles , very limited in food choices no ac in bar area , I definitely will never stay here again

We’ve been going to this resort for years. We love it. The facility is really going downhill and they don’t seem to be doing anything to fix it. The staff is the real reason people go here and even they are starting to leave.

I would 100% recommend this hotel because the staff are absolutely incredible. They made our experience. I can’t say enough about the staff (and especially the bartenders). Our favorite restaurant was pier 12 we loved the shrimp tacos. The receptionist was extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. Overall an amazing experience that created incredible memories.

The place was a bit outdated, and the rooms could use an upgrade. However we did have a pleasant stay and the staff was amazing. Not a lot of heavy foot traffic and that was something we enjoyed. A wonderful assortment of choices for breakfast each day. It was a satisfying stay at the resort.

This is absolutely the worse resort, the images they are using to advertise the resort is not real. Expedia was also a scam they advertised the resort as a 8.8 rating but once thebooking was complete the rating was changed to 7.2. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!!!! from this place it is disgusting and stink. The only thing about the resort was the workers who did there best with the limited resources they have.

Staff is great. Place needs updating. Put an ac unit like in the gym in each room; problem solved. We’ve been to the GP 16 times. If we hadn’t been lucky and got a fan the trip would have been miserable. In my opinion the owners need to seriously update the facilities and take better care of the staff. The staff is one of the main reasons we’ve come back for 16 years. Sadly many are leaving going to other resorts.
