    ONLY two units with a private patio and grass yard...and we own both of them. The grass area and patio immediately in front of your unit is for your exclusive use.
    Directly overlooking the beach and ocean, beside the pool and steps to the beach. Forget your sunscreen or towel? Just steps to your unit. The MOST convenient location in the building.
    Completely renovated including total replacement of plumbing and electrical.. Low grade marble floors and bathroom have been removed and replaced with beautiful ceramic tile and granite. Everything is freshly painted including the furniture
    Small kitchenette with granite counter suitable for small meals and snacks, 3/4 size fridge, microwave, toaster/convection oven, Pyrex bakeware, mixing bowls, Corelle dishes, bar ware, cutlery, coffeemaker, cutting boards and many other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Dish soap and towels provided.
    The bathroom has a tiled shower with a seat, and hand held shower. The counter is gorgeous black granite with large iridescent Aqua and pale yellow flakes. Storage cupboards under counter, huge mirror. Bath, hand towels and face cloths provided as well as bath mat, soap and hair dryer.
    There are two double pillow top beds and pillows with sealed mattress and pillow covers that protect from allergens, pollen, bedbugs, and bacteria. All bedding and quilts provided. Windows have HunterDouglas blackout roller blinds for those wishing to sleep late. There is a large closet with shelves and plenty of space to hang clothing.
    Ceiling fan, air conditioner, 32" flat screen TV with cable. Dining table comfortably seats 2 (can accommodate 4). Two outdoor chairs are provided.
    The door has a coded entry so no worries about carrying keys.
    This is a very quiet unit that is shielded from noise. All you hear are the waves rolling in to the beach and the fountain right outside the door.
    An exit cleaning and laundry is provided with your stay. Additional cleaning and bed linens changes are available for a small fee. See your property manager for details.
    This is a SMOKE FREE unit. NO SMOKING allowed in the room or outside on the patio and yard. If you are a smoker, do not rent here.

We received a warm welcome, details, tips, details of the facilities, and of course a detailed tour of the condo, which was full of useful kitchen utensils that made for a wonderful start to our vacation.

Had a wonderful time. The owners are super super awesome and always checking in to make sure I was doing ok. I worked daily remotely and his WIFI was fast enough for me to run zoom sessions. Also the manager Carmen was super helpful and very informative on many levels.I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Ocean view condo

We loved this little condo on the ocean. The owners and property manager were very attentive to any needs we had. Great restaurant on site and around the condo. We had a lovely stay.

The perfect little getaway! ♥️

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. We wanted to be right on the water and this was the perfect location! We will definitely come back again!

Great location and privacy

Great little spot with asb amazing view. Towards the south end of the hotel zone without the hustle and bustle.

Convenient and comfortable

It’s a fairly small unit, but the private lawn and view make it very cozy. Convenient store in the complex and another across the street. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the complex.

The room was perfect for us! Has all the necessities. Fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, utensils, etc. It has a private grass yard right outside the rear door. It is only a few steps from the beach or the pool. Bus service runs constantly for only 15 pesos per ride. Lots to do nearby. Geoff and Shelia were great hosts! They were always concerned with our comfort and enjoyment. They took us to lunch one day and they even gave us a ride to the airport after our stay. I highly recommend this!

Right on the beach but private

Beautiful five days.. Geoff and Sheila were great. Private area, Stones Throw to the beach, pool and restaurant. I wish we didn’t have to leave:) we will definitely be back.

Condo stay in Cancun

Beautiful location with great hosts.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very nice pool as well. Kid-friendly and safe. If you are lucky enough to also meet the owners, bonus. Very good people. Highly recommended.

Right on the beach.

The property is right on the beach. The pool is really close. You wake up to the beautiful sunrise everyday and fall asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful stay

Can't wait to return to this location. Property is top notch as the beach and pool are right out your door. Geoff and Shelia extremely great host as they welcome you to their property and willing help you with whatever you need. We loved the restaurant on-site. Also, loved the mini mart as it had everything you could need. You would not need to leave this property if you did not want to. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic Retreat

Overall stay was fantastic. Geoff and Sheila were incredibly hospitable. Enjoyed their company as well as their friends Tom and Sherry. The views were phenomenal! Pool area is clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious. It’s quiet and away from all the hustle/bustle/party areas but just a short ride via bus (12 pesos per way) if you care to explore those high traffic/touristy areas. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic beach getaway!

Geoff and Sheila were great hosts and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. The unit is overlooks the beach and is steps away from the pool with a private patio and small grass yard. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great stay in paradise

Great location right on the beach!!! Room was very clean and comfortable! Beer and filtered water were waiting for us upon arrival! Pool and restaurant were top notch and very reasonable!!! Margaritas were great too with fresh lime!!! Great value and quality!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I spent slightly over a week at this condo, and it was wonderfully tranquil and rejuvenating. The owners, who reside nearby, were consistently kind and accommodating. We relished the proximity to the beach and found the area delightful. The condo itself was immaculate, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the owners or property manager were readily accessible. Without hesitation, I would book here again.

We had a great stay at Geoff and Sheila's place. Carmen made the check-in easy and we were warmly welcomed by Geoff and Shelia. Before arrival I had some somewhat complicated travel plans - family members meeting me and leaving on different days - and the hosts were communicative and very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy with living essentials available - exactly as advertised. The private lawn just outside the sliding glass doors was awesome, the ocean is literally at your footsteps, and the pool is perfect for lounging around all day - which is what we did! The restaurant and small store on the premises are also convenient. While the hosts were friendly and available, we very much felt like we were in our own private space. The wifi worked for all multiple devices with no issues. We went to a few restaurants within a five minute walk and they were all great. We took the bus a couple of times tonget groceries and do some sightseeing and shopping - also very easy, but you need pesos so remember that.Overall a wonderful vacation, thank you so mich Geodd and Shelia!

Great stay, better than expected!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach-front condo. It was literally about 25 steps away from the beach, and about 20 steps away from the pool. One bonus also was that the restaurant on-property had a good variety of menu options, reasonably priced, and actually really yummy! The owners of this condo also own the condo next door, and they were staying there during our visit, so we got to know them pretty well... Really good people!!

Perfect Beach Get A Way

We had a great time at this property! The view is amazing and the access to the pool and beach was very convenient. There are great restaurants within a 5 min walk, 19.5 is open for breakfast, and easy access to public transportation. We also had no issues getting picked up by tour companies the 3 days we went. The only thing I would recommend is to get to a large grocery store like Chedraui and stock up, unless you plan on eating out every meal, the Oxxo near the property is not well stocked. Overall I would definitely come back and stay at this property.

Great quiet atmosphere!

We spent 10 days in April 2024. A very nice unit for two of us. Owners were next door and very helpful! We spent many evenings chatting with them. They were great hosts and we enjoyed our time with them. The unit is close to both the beach and pool, so very convenient. The on-site restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinners there. We plan to return again in the future.

Fabulous stay!

Loved the ocean front with our own patch of actual grass. The water view was gorgeous. The room, shower and view were above all. I kept trying to capture the actual beauty of the ocean. We walked in and it took our breath away. Such friendly owners. We will be back! Bar and restaurant cheap compared to US standards. I loved the bacon cheeseburger 💗🌸
