Not as described

Once we arrived to Cancun, we had to reach out in order to get instructions about the check in. The check in process was terrible, the owner mentioned that he would message me but never did so I had to reach back out again to get those instructions again. Once we arrived, we noticed that in one of the rooms, it had a full size bed but in the description, it claims it’s a queen size bed. In that same room, the TV did not turn on. I messaged the owner about my concern about the bed and he completely ignored it and was more interested in the tv. The pool had flood boards that were loose, which was a hazard for those walking on them. The owner never mentioned that the gate for the garage was not working. Overall the communication was terrible. We should’ve been made aware of the stuff that was not working.
