"The property had stunning views, the staff were lovely but we hoped the pool had been a little cleaner (it did have a robot pool vacuum but it didn't reach all spots). Rooms could do with a safe. Overall we'd definitely return."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace. We loved it! What an amazing view. The one bedroom was smaller, but we used it as the master because of the balcony and lake view. The other bedroom was a bit bigger. No complaints though. It made for a great family trip. And the breakfast included was perfect. And those views from the restaurant were fabulous. Would recommend."

"We stayed for one night only and booked this hotel for an overnight stay due to its proximity to Ciampino airport which was a 10 minute taxi drive away. Prior to travelling they were excellent in providing information on travel arrangements. The hotel is a traditional Italian provincial hostelry located in a semi rural area. The room we had was really nice with wooden beams on ceiling and wooden furniture. It had a bidet and shower. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We had a really nice traditional Italian meal. As we were leaving at 6:30 am a takeaway breakfast bag was provided. If in the area again I would happily rebook"

"The first room was not acceptable due to a strange musty smell but our host was able to put us up in two different rooms and not only have partial refund, but paid for our breakfast, parking and helped with luggage. Very clean rooms with nice amenities. Don’t book the Honeymoon loft with two rooms! He’s is working on the smell issue there but it’s an old building and may take some time. The Suite with a king and twin in the same room has a gorgeous loft patio on the lake and the Romeo and Juliet suit in town was nice too."

"breakfast was poor with the selection of choices and lack of a varied hot menu or drinks menu. However, the hotel staff were super helpful and tried their best to help you when needed. They really did and were always smiley and welcoming. The bathrooms were tiny and it was hard to turn around in the shower. Whilst the bedrooms were clean, again very difficult to manuevre with cases on the floor. This is was the standard rooms, i believe the other deluxe rooms were much more brighter and bathrooms larger. Great location, views were beautiful and overall a great place to stay."
