"We come here often, it's one of our favorite getaway hotels. It has a great pool and garden, it benefits from a fantastic view and is close to nice natural river pools and walking trails. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, Lunch and dinner are served on a beautiful outdoor terrace, but regrettably the food could be better, especially for the price, and there are no good restaurant options close by. "We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location. "
