"Beautiful hotel. Small but really nice bed and bedding. Good lobby food and good food at bar/restaurant. They seemed to have an issue one night when we tried to order room service. Took over an hour to get it and i heard others complaining but that was literally a small issue. Concierge was extraordinary. So kind and helpful. Would stay again any day"

Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again.
