"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"

"This place was wonderful, very clean, good location and we appreciated the amenities like a cooler for hiking day trips and towels for the pool. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and we would definitely stay again! "

"Nice space, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Pool was a great addition, and good communication with the owner. Only downfall was the temperature was very hard to control in the room. It remained around 22-24 degrees at all times with windows open (outside temp was about 4 degrees). There was a sign to not use AC. "

"We had only one night booked for Banff, and were going to head to Jasper for 3 nights. Then the wildfires hit and we had to make alternate plans. In order to get all of our nights rebooked we fount this place. The room was nice, easy parking and within walking distance for us. We had a leaking drain pipe and within hours of our call it was quickly replaced. The staff at the Caribou lodge were also very helpful as that is where you check in and out.
