"Property was roomy and comfortable. Everything worked as expected, including Wi-Fi and TV. The screened porch was great and we made good use of it. Early August was quite warm in Pittsburg and we appreciated standing fans in each bedroom and overhead fans in the living/dining areas, as well as a couple of window air conditioners. Direct access to Perry Stream and the trails Jeff maintains on his property was an added bonus enjoyed by our grandson, our dog, and all the adults. A great place to stay."

"Spectacular location right on the First Connecticut Lake. House had everything we needed: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, kayaks, puzzles and games, grill and sunny deck. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Eould definitely stay here agsin."
