Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. "Our host was gracious and welcoming. He was flexible during our arrival time to meet us. This property met our overnight needs in Modena. I however, missed that it is not air conditioned so therefore in June was quite HOT and uncomfortable when attempting to sleep. There are stand fans to help circulate the air but none of the 4 adults slept comfortably. The windows could be opened but without screens the mosquitoes were attacking. "Simona met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys and a walk around. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. Quiet neighborhood with all the services we needed in walking distance. We had a car & there was free parking at the site. I could stay here for months!! The apartment key needs a bit of a jiggle at the end but once learned, it becomes a sweet...

"We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The location is fabulous for visiting the area. Very centrally located. Mauro and Lorey were so welcoming and helpful. They provided many snacks, wine and gifts. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We truly hated to leave. We highly recommend!!"
