"What a brilliant hotel. Very tastefully designed and really modern. If you don’t mind being outside of Modena (it’s about 4 miles away) - this is perfect. Very quiet, it has a gym and wellness facilities and free parking. I went to dinner and it was superb - sea bass with fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes and a lovely Tiramsu to finish. Good wine list as well. A really relaxing vibe and I’d definitely go again! "

"This hotel was no frills and perfect for our stay. It was cozy and cute. It was conveniently located in the center of town and walking distance to everything. The staff was beyond helpful at times with the exception of one woman who was okay. We arrived late due to some train issues and they were able to call the restaurant we had dinner reservations at and guarantee a spot for us. Some issues I can see would be the hotel has no elevator (not an issue for us but is not handicap accessible) and there was no full length mirrors in the room. I had to have my boyfriend take a picture of me to see how I looked. Additionally sometimes there was no front desk person. Regardless of these small issues, I would gladly stay here again!"

"This property is located in a pretty secluded area of Modena which means it is very quiet but also hard to access by public transportation especially on the weekends (be prepared to walk to the bus stop approximately 2 km). The property is very clean and new or newly renovated. The rooms and bathroom are very large and comfy. Also had a access to a large balcony. This facility has access to a nice pool area next door but for a place that does not allow you to bring food to the pool they do not offer anything great to eat. Luckily there is a discount grocery store across the street. I did find that this pool area like a Caribbean resort in a way. Music playing, lots of people, a little bar area. You get told where your allowed to have a free lounger which I did not appreciate at all how I was told where to sit and also it does not go un-noticed that you only give the hotel loungers in the shade which isn't very nice at all. I found that the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and the staff at the pool to be hit or miss whether they were moody and rude or not. The pool area needs work it looks sloppy and unkept, weeds growing everywhere. Water was murky. No issues with our stay at all. It was nice to get free water and toiletries everyday replenished. The restaurant next door is excellent, I did find it a little pricey but the food was delicious! Overall an excellent place to stay if you do not mind being out of the way a bit or have access to a car. "
