Oltre al titolo della villa fuorviante, perché non esiste nessuna piscina all'interno se non quella residenziale e a pagamento, la villa ci è stata fatta trovare in condizioni pessime. Sporco ovunque, padelle sporche d'olio, tende sporche, lenzuola e coprimaterassi ricoperti di polvere e macchie che preferisco non sapere cosa fossero. Il divano letto era in condizioni ancora peggiori. Al piano di sopra una puzza di chiuso pesantissima, ci sono voluti due giorni di finestre aperte per ricambiare a dovere l'aria.

Gut gelegenes sauberes Ferienhaus in abgeschlossener Anlage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super, es sind nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, wenn man den Weg dahin gefunden hat. Sämtliche Zugänge zum Strand sind nur über Tore zu erreichen, es gibt nur einen schmalen Weg zum Sandstrand wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt aber nicht ausgeschildert.Im Haus war es sauber, ausreichend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass man Utensilien zum Abwaschen mitbringt oder dann kaufen muss, es war nichts da. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, wer gern Filterkaffee trinkt sollte sich einen Filter einpacken, ein Fön ist ebenso nicht vorhanden. Kontakt mit Vermieter gestaltete sich als schwierig, da wir kein italienisch sprechen und das Englisch auch nicht das Beste ist, eine richtige Adresse ist nicht angegeben, man muss bei Ankunft den Vermieter anrufen, der schickt dann jemanden der zum Haus mit Schlüssel führt. Im großen und ganzen ist das Haus bzw. die Anlage zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub.

Nice home but very quiet definitely need A car to go shopping,eating and exploring. The pool is very small with no seating area Or shade which is a shame we only used it once during our 2 week holiday. We spent our time on the private beach which is beautiful, €28 a day for the four of us. We hired a car to explore the island, Cefalu is beautiful. No WiFi, no restaurant, no shops, no bar with in walking distance

Séjour parfait, la maison est tres bien tout y est pour passe de bonne vacances.bien situé,à deux pas de la piscine,je précise le bonnet de bain est obligatoire,à prévoir. Plage à 5 mn pas aménagé mais une autre pas loin:salinelle beach: ou tout y es pour y passer la journée,et bien d autre endroit magnifique à visiter. Nous reviendrons sûrement

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schöner Terasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist Teil einer Doppelhaushälfte.Im Juni waren kaum Nachbarn in der Gartenanlage, es war himmlisch ruhig. Der Strand liegt 5 min entfernt und war zu unserer Urlaubszeit fast menschenleer. Zum Supermarkt gelangt man mit dem Auto in ca .10 min. Tipp: Ausflug nach Cefalu, hoch auf die Burg und auf dem Rückweg in die Via Gibilmanna 16. Dort kann man sich sehr leckere Weine abfüllen lassen mit netter Beratung. Wir geben für das Ferienhaus 5 Punkte, weil wir uns sehr wohl fühlten und man abends auf der Terasse stundenlang ohne störenden Krach sitzen und lesen oder Karten spielen konnte. Wer gern Filterkaffee trinkt, sollte sich einfach einen Plastefilter in den Koffer packen.

malgré notre arrivée tardive 23h le propriétaire s'est déplacé jusqu'à l'agence immobilière (fermée) et nous a conduit à la villa(présentation rapide sans inventaire) puis à son restaurant "la voce delle mare" situé en bord de mer à 2 kilomètres ou nous avons pu dîner'(très joli restaurant -pizzeria - personnel accueillant et serviable - très bons plats à des prix corrects.) Location très propre tout y est jusqu'au sac pour faire les courses. Belle villa située en résidence protégée avec douche dans le jardin - grande terrasse couverte située au soleil levant- Literie de qualité - Grande piscine (profonde)commune située à moins de 50 mètres - Grande plage au sable fin à 400 mètres - Endroit idéal permettant d'allier farniente et ballades ainsi que randonnées
