We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries."

"Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. Last minute the host told us we weren't allowed ANY music outside as they have had issues in the past (this was not in the posting). "This listing was PERFECT for what we needed. It was exactly as listed. Everything work well, tons of space and very clean. We attended the Spartan races in Orono at Brimacombe for the weekend and location was only a 15 minute drive which was perfect. Communication with the host was impeccable and he was more the accommodating with information and any requests. Very quick to respond and even checked in after our first night. I was very impressed.
