"Baseboards and doors could use a cleaning. A good spring cleaning is needed. Water pressure in shower was a bit off. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Overall, I did not expect perfection. Just friendly advice to the proprietor."

"You will have a great time here! All the front end staff are most friendly and accommodating, including in the spa where I give special kudos to lovely Amberly who gave me a top rate pedicure. All that was sadly missing were massage chairs. Every dish and drink we tried was tasty and well presented, but we sorely missed morning cappos and lattes, and highly recommend adding espresso machines! We were impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and change rooms, just wishing the hot tub water were hotter. I must add that it felt odd walking to the aquatic area through the public lobby in bathrobe and slippers. Yikes. We sadly did not have an opportunity to use the mineral pool. Our top floor room was sparkling clean with a partial view of the ocean. We strongly suggest adding a light over the beverage area instead of having to turn on the bright overhead lights which are glaring for anyone remaining in bed or wanting a soft wake up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return in the spring with friends. Thanks to all of you at the resort for your welcoming approach!"

"This is a busy area, and the hotel was an election polling location, so arriving was a bit busy, but the staff were still very helpful. No problems with the room, though it wasn’t really anything special and was quite small. The breakfast was great with more selection than most hotels offer at this level."

"The port suite is a great place to stay a short walk from downtown. The property is very cosy and a great place to hang out and relax whilst watching the ocean activity from the deck. Jasmine, the host, is very friendly and helpful. Off street parking is a nice bonus too, we had a smaller car but there’s enough room for a larger vehicle. The property is well equipped with a full kitchen, and a comfortable bed, there is also a sofa bed if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can’t recommend it enough!"

"A lovely clean cabin with all the amenities, overlooking the cove. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything that could be needed for cooking a meal. Lots of games and puzzles, but just sitting on the amazing deck and looking at the view was entertaining enough, it is a birder’s paradise. Lots of beautiful dried wood was available for a cozy fire that kept us warm in the evenings. We were completely satisfied with our time there and highly recommend it!"

"We had a great stay! The place is HUGE with a full size bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. It is very easy to walk or drive to downtown Campbell River. We had one small issue that required the router to be rebooted. The host responded and resolved the issue within 2 minutes! Would absolutely stay here again!"
