Rural Villa with pool and a view – Villa Rote

The two-storey Villa Rote is set in a peaceful, rural location just outside the town of Campanet and can accommodate 10 people. It features an air-conditioned living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with bathtub, one with shower) and 2 extra toilets. This typical Majorcan villa also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair (on request), a cot, a table tennis table, a pool table and a parking space. Small pets are welcome. The idyllic outside space, with its covered terrace, a barbecue area, 42-m² pool and sun loungers offers a spectacular view of the surroundings. The town of Campanet with its restaurants and shops can be reached by car in 2 minutes, while the Bay of Pollença with its fine, sandy beaches is a 30-minute drive away.

Schöne Finca mit großem Pool in Top-Lage

Pros: Die Lage war super, um die Finca herum war nur Natur bzw. Nutzflächen. Der Pool war schön groß und jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Cons: Das Interieur im Finca-Gebäude empfanden wir als etwas schlicht, da haben wir in der Vergangenheit schon andere Häuser mit etwas mehr Charme erlebt. Aber das ist vielleicht auch Geschmackssache. Im Detail sind uns ein paar notwendige Reparaturen aufgefallen (nicht funktionierendes Sonnenrolle auf der Terrasse, lockere Fenster-/Türgriffe).
