Home is comfortable and well appointed. We didn't want for anything. We're already planning for when we can come back again!"

"It took 45 minutes to get into the house as they'd given us the wrong codes. Also, we were told coffee maker but no mention of kuerig so we didn't have pods. I'd suggest either providing one day of pods or make it clear on website. Otherwise it was nice and worked out well for our needs. Appreciated that I could bring my dog as I don't travel without him anymore. Thank you."

"We rented this house to stay in while attending a family wedding. It was perfect for our family to gather for a great time together. It was particularly good to get together for meals, puzzle time, card playing, cousin time, - all while a wedding was unfolding. One regret - the weather wasn't good enough to be out on the deck. The house was great -plenty of space for everyone."

"Pretty house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, but... What does this matter if the house isn't rain proof? The basement was flooded after a heavy rain, and it was not properly attended to, despite that every time we spoke to the property manager she emphasized how well she was dealing with it. The first crew that came to clean it only cleaned half the basement and left the other half wet. The second crew dried all of it but left the soaking rug. We were expected to handle the moist absorbers and dehumidifier ourselves, the dehumidifier was really heavy. Four days later my neck is still hurting. We asked the property manager to come see for herself and told her we don't think she understands how bad it is. She didn't come, we got a "but why didn't you tell me" (after she had sent two cleaning teams so we obviously did). It was all very bizarre. The owner was on the grounds but didn't come in and couldn't care less. Bottom line is the couple who was sleeping in the basement had to move upstairs because of the mold smell, a third of the house wasn't usable and we had to do our laundry elsewhere. We got ZERO reimbursement or compensation for that. This demanded a lot of time and trouble during the week. I worked hard on this vacation, that's for sure."
