"Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The disappointing things were the housekeeping and refrigerator. It’s a cooler, not a fridge, which meant keeping food cold was tenuous. The housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. They did not change the sheets (evidenced by a larged stain that remained), the shower drain was clogged with hair, the bathroom counters were not wiped and the trash was not thoroughly removed. They basically emptied the trash cans and gave us new towels"
