Needs a little TLC
The cleanliness of this hotel was very, very poor. Very little attention to details and complete disregard and disrespect for customers comfort and accommodations. Examples: Bed Spreed was soiled with stains, ashes from cigarette had been dumped on the floor behind the chair, food stains or what ever they were we on the walls and mirror. Television was 20 years old, the sample size soap was not big enough to wash an ants bottom, it was very bad and uncomfortable to stay there. I felt like I needed to go take a shower after leaving the room. The gentlemen who I believe was the manager / owner was very nice and accommodating but it was not enough to over come the condition of the room. It appears they may have painted in the past couple of years but it is evident that they are not cleaning the rooms properly between guest and this place is unsanitary.

Unpleasant stay
First off bookit said they only had 4 rooms left but when we arrived it was a completely empty hotel! No hot water! Went to front desk and was told the boiler was down but just let the water run for a while it will get hot. It took 2 1/2 hours!!!! Door had tape where lock go and furniture look dirty/dusty

Room condition was completely unacceptable. We refused to stay at the hotel. Appeared blood stains on furnishing.

bad is to good for it
I would give it less but you don't have Minus, the room just did not look clean the towels,there were only 2 of then in a room with two full beds, had holes in them the remote did not work they had one bar of soap to share between the tub and the wash sink they did have an ice bucket but no glasses not even plastic the wi-fi did not work the Continental Breakfast had fruit loops and Cheerios no bakery items and we had to hunt down the milk no juice not much of anything but bad coffee if you are thinking about this place run as fast as you can someplace ells I wish I had if the owner reads this all I can say is please watch Hotel Impossible and learn how to run a Hotel even at low prices you should get better than here

No microwave or refrigerator. No Internet as advertised. Terrible conditions for the price paid. Circumstances caused me to have to stay another night and manager argued about price and said didn't need my business.

Expectations not met
The staff was great and friendly but the room for the cost was extremely disappointing. The sheets were stained and had holes. There wasn't a microwave or coffee pot for morning coffee. When, I return next year for this festival I will not be staying at this hotel.

Floors dirty. Bed cover was filthy.
You can tell lots of construction workers stay there and get in bed dirty. Bed cover was greasy and dirty. Floor was nasty. I checked in at midnight after a long day driving and then working. Cleaning staff knocked once and proceeded to enter at 7:15 am then again at 7:30 and once more at 7:45. The last 2 times they didn't knock. I yelled to get out. I finally have up as to being able to rest and left...on my way driving out one yelled and ask if I was leaving. This was probably the worst place I've ever stayed...ever. And I've stayed in some pretty sketchy places while working!

I never do comment on any places I stay. But I have to tell you. This is the worst hotel I stayed in my life. And I travel all the time. The sheets were dirty and the towels were suppose to be white but they were dirty as well. And then as truck drivers my husband had left for 6 am and I stayed to sleep a Lil longer being check out was at 11 am. Well the man from the front desk barged through the door and asked me if we were staying another night. It literally scared the lights out of me especially being that I was sleeping. He could have waited until our check out time before checking the room. I'm very disappointed in Expedia as well saying it was a 3 star hotel. And to top it off when I was in the bathroom the next morning i saw a roach crawling up the wall. The only reason we didn't leave is bc there was only 1 other hotel in that town and it was booked. And I almost forgot. They charged for truck parking when other hotel truck parking is free. I should get a refund bc of this.

Camden America's Best Value Inn
After checking prices, I was able to secure this room for about half of what the others in the area were charging. It is not a four-star hotel, by any means. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Decor was very motel: as in very dated, but I was not staying there to spend time in the room. As a female traveling alone, the highway facing doors were a little uncomfortable, but they do have interior rooms; the room had two locks, including a deadbolt, so I was fine once inside. I found a parking place each time I arrived, usually late, as I was in town for a family funeral. Mostly construction workers were staying here at the time due to a large highway project. The first clerk checking me in was taking some heat from two people without lodging. He was rattled by the time he got to me and only gave me one day on the key (I was there two days and had paid in advance). The next evening,I had to wake up the person on night duty; who re-keyed me and apologized. Both were very courteous. Wifi is free, works well. The breakfast is not so good...white bread for toast, jelly and the like. Very sparse! All in all, I would stay here again given the circumstances as the room was clean and I felt comfortable.

As we arrived the police were called by the lady in the next room as she caught the maintenance man rooting through her luggage. I discovered that my heart prescription pills was taken from my bag when I stayed two nights. If all the hotels in the Camden area are booked, I will sleep in my car. I will never stay there again.
