"It was good!"

"To start, the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The decor, cleanliness, views, coziness of the beds…I could go on and on. The skyline view of Cambridge was beyond compare. Plus, the restaurants were within minutes walking distance and sooo good. Lastly, the check-in process with our host turned out to be the friendliest, kindest, and most gracious experience, I have ever had, in my decades visiting Canada. Hands down (and Canadians are super nice, as is!) I would recommend staying at The Laundry Rooms to everyone far and wide."

"We had reserved for two nights but left after the first night. We found the rooms very dated, curtains were worn and the bed sheets had seen better days. We were on the first floor (by our request as we are older and stairs pose a bit of a problem) and we found there was quite a bit of noise in the halls. I also felt uncomfortable during the night as I thought I heard someone trying to access our patio door. I woke my husband and he checked outside but couldn’t see anything. The hotel cost was very reasonable and now I know why. I had read most of the reviews and none of the reviews reflected the shabbiness of the rooms. This hotel certainly needs a facelift! We will be cautious about staying at Super 8 again"

"Nice and convenient location for the Waterloo and Kitchener area."

"I stayed for 4 nights at the Cambridge Hotel and Suite, on the third day I noticed 4 bug bites, at first I thought they were from the noseeums that were seen at the bar the day before. Unfortunately the bites multiplied quickly and by the time I returned home on the 5th night I had over 30 bites. I used the Maple app, to try to confirms what the bites were and was told that the bites were from Bed Bugs. The Hotel was overall a nice hotel, it looked clean and the staff, very friendly, they have an excellent breakfast and the bar is a convenient location to grab a beer and a meal. The bartender is excellent and has a great sense of humor."

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."

"We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft. We were disappointed to hear the continental breakfast was not included."
