Titus Point- Ocean Front Classic- Vintage Nautical Cambria at it's best!

Stunning ocean views from the best location in town! RUSTIC with a nautical touch is the theme of this spectacular OCEAN FRONT home. Being one of the original ocean front homes, you'll enjoy the true feel of old Cambria. That being said, this home has not been updated, if you prefer a new, white, beach themed rental this is not the home for you. This is a very popular vacation rental, but it's not for all. Please look carefully at the pictures, they represent the home well. This spacious single level home has two bedroom, three baths and sits on the farthest extending bluff in Cambria, thus lending unobstructed views all the way up and down the coast line. Watch the whales, dolphins and other marine life while sipping a glass of wine out on the spacious deck. The living and dining areas also have a full ocean view so you can cozy by the fireplace and watch the ever changing sea on the cooler winter days. In the master bedroom, open your slider facing out to sea, and lounge with a cup of coffee and soak up the sun and fresh morning air. The house also has a lovely 6' fence around the large yard, giving you a very private experience.
This house is a block away from Shamel Park and a short walk to downtown where you'll find delightful boutiques and fabulous dining.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

** PLEASE NOTE- Due to strict water restrictions, the jacuzzi tub is not available.**

Titus Point gem
The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

Stunning Views
Yes, the views are stunning, along with the sound of the surf. We stayed five nights, and the views never got old! We saw an otter family playing and eating in the coves, many pelicans diving for their meals, and other fishing birds. Located very close to Fiscalini Ranch which I highly recommend. What I can’t recommend is staying there after a rain: it was February and we had to leave all the windows that we could open for fresh air due to the heavy mold/mildew smell. It took about 3 days to dissipate. Having said that, we feel a stay in the spring summer or early non-rainy fall would be PERFECT. Our blood pressure and heart rates went down! The new deck is great, the grill is new, and the kitchen is more than adequate. Overall, I’d give this place a 4.7

Million Dollar View....however....
Location is impeccable. The house is old. We had a major fly issue in the house. I did mention to the office and was told probably due to weather since it had been raining. I seriously don’t think that was the problem.

The view is spectacular!
The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!

View of a lifetime, you won't want to leave!
This property has an amazing location. It is all about the stunning views. We loved it and will definitely be planning another trip. It was our 30th Anniversary and we were staying with friends. We ended up not eating out and just cooking at the location in the large kitchen to enjoy as much time there as possible. They also have a grill, just bring your own charcoal. In the morning we saw seals & whales, in the evening the sea otters. I do recommend bringing binoculars. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor is antique but fine, has character. They could probably update the patio furniture for sure, the chairs had broken straps and seemed worn out. Other than that, we were all very happy with our stay! So glad we went!

Location, location, location!
This is the second year my son and I have stayed at Titus Point and we love it! As noted by other reviewers the house is a throwback to the 70s and could use some updating but the location can’t be beat! It is private with small park on one side and literally stands at ocean’s edge. Also convenient to downtown Cambria and Fiscalini Preserve. One of my all time favorite restaurants is just round the corner on Moonstone drive- the Sea Chest. I even have a coveted ‘ Porch award first in line’ coaster I got last year. The location is also central to wine country. We always make a visit to Harmony Cellars (and close-by glass blowing shop) and have done the ‘Sideways’ stops in Buellton Solvang area. It is a stunning area which really speaks for itself!

Wish the fireplace worked. We got the patio chair cushions the day we checked out.
We loved the view and openness of the home. It was a little chilly because the heat wasn’t great. Great location to walk every day!!

Stayed here before and would again
Let’s be honest, this is an OLD house, needs a lot of updating but we knew all that because the view can’t be beat, and great area to walk. The bed was very comfy and it had everything we needed and the staff at Breen were great to work with. The weather was stormy and rainy almost the entire time but we still had fun.

Beautiful location and comfortable home
Renting Titus Point was such a wonderful experience. The home was clean and comfortable and had a nice size kitchen stocked with all your basic necessities. The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows and bedding. The area was quiet and very close to town. The best feature by far is the spectacular view. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine and watching the birds and other sea life while having morning coffee. A highlight was watching a seal swim around hunting for food. Definitely going back again and again.
