The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and includes the indoor dining area leading onto another one floating over the pool. The villa is surrounded by manicured Mediterranean gardens surrounding a large 16 x 4 m saltwater pool.

On the first floor, there are two beautiful furnished terraces with generous sun loungers. The roof terrace enjoys magnificent sea and mountain views. El Sueño features hot/cold air conditioning, solar panels, built-in wardrobes, and a laundry room.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for your home office,TV in every room.

The property has a car port and parking for three cars.

Cala Vinyas is a sought-after area, thanks to its tranquility and picturesque beaches. The famous marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano, several golf courses, beaches, and numerous entertainment options are just a short drive away, including Nikki Beach Club, Besó Beach, and Siso Beach. Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

It should be noted that the property has unguarded pool access and spiral staircases that are not considered suitable for children under 12.
