Wunderschönes und niedliches Appartement in ruhiger Umgebung. Ideal um abzuschalten. Meine Frau und Tochter waren begeistert genug, um nicht mehr zurück zu wollen. Die 5 Tage haben sich voll und ganz gelohnt. Auch der Service bei einer solch kurzfristigen Buchung war einfach extrem gut. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick, leider nur eine Liege. Elektrische und stabile Markise. Viele Treppen bis zur Wohnung, was bekannt und auch gut beschrieben war. Wohnung einfach, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer etwas muffelig und älteres Semester. Neuere Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer. In der Küche alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schön die gut funktionierende Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Gasherd gut, Backofen nur Ober- oder Unterhitze. Fensterloses (!) Bad relativ neu und Dusche top. Leider war das Waschbecken im Bad ab Tag 1 stark verstopft. Kein Safe. Die Haupteingangstür ließ sich nicht abschließen und sprang immer auf. (es wurde uns zur Kenntnisnahme mitgeteilt, keine Reparatur in 4 Wochen). WLAN Kennwort durch Zufall gefunden, gutes Mobilnetz sollte man zusätzlich haben. Lieber Hesse, besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Anmerkungen. Es freut mich, dass Sie mit der Wohnung zufrieden waren. Bei Problemen wie z.B. einem verstopften Waschbecken bitte künftig immer direkt Ihren Ansprechpartner vor Ort informieren, so kann auch schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Das Problem mit der Haupteingangstür wurde bereits an die Eigentümer gemeldet und um Abhilfe gebeten. Herr Passmann sagte, er habe Sie bei Check-in auf den Zettel mit dem WLan Zugang hingewiesen. Grundsätzlich bitte immer bei Probleme oder wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen direkt Ihren Ansprechpartner vor Ort kontaktieren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Suzanne Metz (Mallorcahome)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Aussicht von von der Terrasse war einmalig und die Übergabe hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr noch einmal.

Ich habe mich zum Arbeiten auf die Insel zurückgezogen. Wollte gern Ruhe, aber auch Leute um mich herum. Schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und abends auch noch schnell zum Strand oder ins Mittelmeer oder in ein Restaurant. Gleichzeitig nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen. All das habe ich vorgefunden in dieser tollen Anlage und Wohnung. Meine Kollegen waren sprachlos über diesen traumhaften Blick. Ich komme wieder...dann gibt es bestimmt auch noch WLAN. Ist aber keine Voraussetzung mich...Besten Dank nochmal...

Alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit, die Terrasse war auch schon im März gut nutzbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort schnell und unkompliziert . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung. Unschlagbare Aussicht. Buchung, Zahlung und Wohnungsübergabe problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wetter über Sylvester hervorragend. Konnten immer draußen frühstücken, da schon morgens Sonne auf der Terasse. Zweite Liege auf der Terasse wäre die Krönung. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
