"We had an excellent stay. Everything was amazing, but the only tidbit is that it seems understaffed. We had to find someone to stock towels, clean trash, and the pool area."

"A lovely couple runs the place and we had lovely conversations with them, in Italian and Spanish. They were very accommodating. When they couldn't provide gluten-free pastries for one person in our group (though there were several other gluten-free foods available for breakfast), they were very apologetic. Everyone in our party, including the celiac, were very satisfied. In addition, the location is stunning and the pool is divine, especially on a very hot Sicilian summer day."

"What an AMAZING place to stay! The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Sciacca. It is built into the Cliff side so you start on floor zero and go down to floor -6 for the pool. All of the staff is incredible and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and every room has an ocean view. Down on the bottom floor is an indoor & outdoor pool (with a bar and food service). 2 beaches: Calm Beach (adults only and Rocky) and main beach which is sandy and is much larger and has specific chairs for guests with umbrellas. They also have kayaks & SUPs that you can use for free. The ocean was crystal clear & the water was refreshing. There is a train that will take you down to the beach and runs every 15 to 20 minutes. 3 restaurants on site: a sushi restaurant, a pizzeria and a traditional Sicilian restaurant. The menus are all slightly limited, so check the menus before booking your reservations. We ended up going to Sciacca for 2 dinners and it was WAY better and less expensive. They also have a buffet, where you also get breakfast. AMAZING resort with incredible staff. We highly recommend Mangia’s to stay! We were an adult couple with boys 9 & 11 and my mother in law. Perfect for everyone and we all agreed we didn’t want to leave!! "

"Really nice family run business. Great job friends. If I were to make a suggestion, it is to put some kind of water fountain outside hotel with recirculated water, to rinse off the sand from the beautiful beach below. Grazie!"

"This is the place to be. Noteworthy and where you can chill out forgetting the rest of the world. Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"

"Let’s begin by saying how beautiful this hotel is. You are literally close to everything. Second the staff is probably the best you will find at any Hotel. The level of comfort is second to none. If your from another planet you will feel at home there. Breakfast was excellent."

"Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out . "We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before. "
