The independent kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob and dishwasher, complements this space. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a terrace with sea views from both bedrooms. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa offers a charming terrace with a 9x3.5 metre pool, equipped with Roman steps and outdoor shower. It also has a portable barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. Parking space for 2 vehicles is located within the same plot.



LOCATION: Just 200 metres away is the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, as well as the nearest restaurant. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away and Calpe town centre is 1.5 km away.
