Saona Villas presents this pretty holiday villa close to the beach, with private swimming pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on two floors.

The villa is located in the “La Canuta” urbanization. You will only have to walk a few meters and you will enjoy the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant is just 200 m away and the center of Calpe is 1.5 km away.

On the ground floor: Living / dining room (with TV, air conditioning and exit to the covered terrace which overlooks the swimming pool). Equipped kitchen (with gas hob - Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds pushed together and air conditioning). 1 shower room (+ WC).

Upstairs (with internal staircase): 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds pushed together, sea view and air conditioning in each). 1 shower room (+ WC).

Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Washing machine. Hair dryer. Iron. Air conditioning: in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms.

Outside: Beautiful private swimming pool of 9 x 3.5 m (depth of 1 m to 2 m) with Roman steps. Outdoor shower. Terrace with garden furniture, portable barbecue. Parking for 2 cars on the plot.
