"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good...

"Communication with the staff prior to arrival was seamless and e-mail/text/phone response times were spot on. Check-in/check-out went very smooth and the reception staff were very professional and friendly. We arrived by car, so keep in mind on-site parking is limited and costs 12 Euro per day/night. The room was terrific; very clean, well-stocked with amenities, functional, comfortable, and spacious. Even had a balcony with an excellent view of the water and outlying rocks. There are a few...

"Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st."

"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."
