Beautiful newly restored farmhouse with stunning views of its wheat fields from all rooms.
The best beaches of the Costa Brava are 5 minutes away.
It has a private pool and large summer porch with barbecue. Large rooms and bathrooms. A lot of light.

Daily house cleaning service, all supplies, also gardener and pool maintenance company are included in the price.

Guests will have my contact phone number for anything they may need.

The location is perfect, it is located in a very quiet rustic area and at the same time very well connected, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside and very close to the sea.

The car is not essential, but it is recommended for comfort.

Nous avons passé un très bon et chaud ...séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et assez fraîche. Et ce, malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Si le terrain alentour de la maison n'est pas très grand , il y a possibilité de se promener juste en dessous de la maison dans un petit chemin ,le long des bois. Propriétaire sympa. et à l'écoute des remarques des locataires: nous avions seulement 3 fauteuils de jardin pour 6 adultes et il nous en a ramené 3 autres à notre demande. Un seul point à améliorer: il y a très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine...

Superbe maison dans un superbe endroit

Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et 5 enfants et tout notre petit monde a adoré la maison, son jardin et sa piscine. La maison est très belle, fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue (nous avons eu une femme de ménage tous les jours très gentille, efficace et discrète). La terrasse extérieure est vraiment très agréable (nous avons pris plaisir à nous détendre et nous réunir. grâce à la vue et à la très grande table). Le jardin et la piscine sont également très bien entretenus et très agréables. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont parfaits!!

Great Location, Great House, Great Host

We rented Gustavo´s house for two weeks and had a very good time. The house is perfectly located just out of Calonge in a very nice countryside with an outstanding view on the fields and mountains. best beaches and coves just a few minutes driving. Grocery is very convenient and many restaurants are very easily accesible. The private pool is very pleasant and fine maintained, for those who have kids, the pool is easily isolated from the rest of the garden so you can enjoy some time on the terrace without the kids being able to access the pool, we were very reassured by this. As the house has been fully renovated lately, the beddings are very recent and comfortable and the bathrooms nicely equipped, one with a great walk-in rain shower and two sinks and one with a nice bath tub. we spent most of our time on the outdoors ( very well equipped with a table that can seat more than 12 people, BBQ, sun beds, sofas, etc.) The inside layout is very comfortable and nicely arranged with different areas kitchen-dining room, TV living room and a 2nd living room. Dozens of options for bikes riding on the best tracks and much more activity options. Gustavo has been a great host, always making himself available to make sure we were having a great vacation. We definitely recommend his house.

Gorgeous

Great house, very nice and comfortable. Fine views to huge beautiful fields. Large summer veranda with barbacue and perfectlly equiped. Gustavo, we will be back. Thank´s for all.
