"The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too"

"DO NOT BOOK! This is no longer a Motel 6 and they will not let you check in with a Motel 6 reservation. It is a nightmare trying to get a refund. I had to pay again to stay there and as it was 1030pm I wasn’t in a mood to argue. Now Expedia won’t refund me!"
