"The breakfast was à la carte and included two cold items and a drink or one hot item and a drink. We didn’t know this the first day and got one of hot and cold item each. However the hotel staff were very kind and did not charge us for the extra breakfast. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent. "

"The first room we were assigned the door wouldn't lock. The second room the toilet didn't flush. We wound up back in the first room and only had the flip-over privacy lock to lock the door, not very secure. Also, both rooms didn't have towels. The staff was very nice, and the place has been undergoing upgrades. I think it will be a nice place to stay once they pay attention to the details."

"When traveling to Pasadena, this looked like the perfect hotel to stay in, and it certainly was! The room was excellent. The shower was my favorite part, the design of the bathroom and room made it feel so spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, and made the check in/out process so smooth. The pool and gym are on the third floor, so the views of Pasadena and the nearby mountains were so pretty! Truly a beautiful place to visit. The restaurant/bar service at the pool was excellent, and if you like coffee, you’ll love the breakfast/coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. From parking, to cleanliness, to friendly staff this hotel checks every box! And it’s in a perfect location to walk around and see Pasadena!"
