Unique 3BR Historic Retreat just Steps from the Ohio River

Brick and Mane is a private three-bedroom suite inside Springer House, an 1893 hotel in the heart of New Richmond`s historic riverfront district. Its living and dining area began as the hotel`s outdoor courtyard. Original brick, former exterior windows turned bookcases, a soaring ceiling and skylights make this an unusually memorable place to gather.

The suite sleeps up to six with a King, Queen and Full bed in separate bedrooms. It has one full bathroom, a large kitchen with full-size appliances and cookware, dining space, an electric fireplace, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and mini-split heating and air conditioning. Shared coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

Walk to the Ohio River, Liberty Landing, restaurants, coffee and local shops. The river is just outside the building, but there is no interior river view from this suite. Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky attractions are an easy drive away. A car is useful beyond New Richmond.

The apartment is on the second floor and requires stairs. Self check-in, free street parking and additional parking behind the building make arrival simple. Other residents and businesses share this historic building; local music or events may occasionally be audible. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. No parties, smoking or pets.

Essential House Rules:
* Please respect our neighbors by refraining from parties, loud music, and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the home.
* The toilet plumbing is delicate; please flush toilet paper only.
* No pets or animals allowed in the unit.
* Any damage to the property or its fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest.
* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.

* The suite is only accessible by stairs.
