TV has HBO, microwave, refrigerator and ice did freeze water bottle. The Ice machine actually has plenty of ice. AC works perfectly. Now, there is a railroad in the back would run every 20 minutes or so, bring your ear plugs if you need total silence to sleep. Coffee in the morning is ok. Plenty of vending machine in the office area. "
