The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. "

We did not use the pool or spa due to the weather, but did enjoy a short walk to downtown. The special treats of chocolates and fresh flowers were appreciated! "We had a wonderful stay at this house! After a cabin cancellation at higher elevations due to a winter snowstorm this house was a wonderful alternative. The hosts were very gracious and allowed us to come on the same day of reservation. The house was very clean and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. The long table in the eating area was great for family games and the wood burning stove kept us very warm. Our small dog and boys enjoyed the property. The views and sunset were also amazing from the back deck and pool area! "
