Staff was great, room was very clean and had great amenities. Rooftop lounge was very nice as well

The room overall is quite clean, staffs are overall polite. However pillows are very non supportive and uncomfortable, could hardly sleep on it, it totally not support neck, that is why I cannot give 5 stars
