Located on a quiet centrally located street near Confederation Park, Nose Hill Park, University of Calgary, and Foothills Hospital. Great for a couple or solo traveler! Relax and enjoy your own private (dog friendly) gated yard, parking pad and patio with an inviting oversized outdoor fireplace ‘The Chimney’. Lounge and get cozy with a 50” smart” tv with a swing arm offering comfy couch and bed viewing! Newly renovated with tile shower, queen-sized bed, dual vanity, kitchen, in-suite laundry and breakfast bar. Traveller friendly with bedside USBs, blackout blinds and luggage racks. Includes a separate entrance and smart keyless entry. The suite has a secured and lockable door (deadbolts on both sides). Private: fenced yard, parking pad, patio and guest suite all exclusively yours! We are always available 24/7 to help you during your stay. Collingwood is a quiet neighbourhood in the northwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta — fewer than 10 minutes drive from downtown. It is located immediately south of beautiful Nose Hill Park and west from 14th Street (follow 14th south for access to trendy Kensington, downtown, and the popular shops and restaurants of Stephen Ave or 17th Ave). Also to the south (walking distance) it’s bordered by Confederation Park, Canmore Park and the Confederation Park golf course (transforms into miles of cross country ski trails in the winter). It’s 6 minutes to McMahon Stadium (home of the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders) and University of Calgary! Car, bus, walk, short Uber to train stations and downtown. Entirely private and separate secondary suite. You’ll have the entire suite to yourself, a fenced yard, The Chimney (a giant outdoor fireplace), and private driveway. Generally really quiet, however you may hear noise from the main house. Mind the step between the bathroom and kitchen. Smart TV provided must use own account login for any TV apps (Netflix etc)
