The property is big, its quite clean, has plenty of room for a big group, on street parking. The only downside was it has no air-conditioner. We stayed during the summer where there was a heatwave warning in Calgary July 8, 2024. The shower room (bathroom) at the basement area has no enclosure to avoid water from splashing around the floor area, that needs to be improved. If staying there during summer days, I do not recommend this place unless the owner will be willing to install aircon and provide electric fans to counter the heat. Otherwise its a good place to stay.
