While I must say the location and outside and the building were great . I cannot say the inside of this VRBO is the same . The Equipment and other peripherals for the kitchen were good .
I am hoping some of the things I mention below is a one off situation . Most blings did not work .some additional blinds had fallen of on one side . This in my opinion should have been rectified before renting . The alarm monitor did not have batteries and had constant beep for two day provide a very disturbed sleep along with the night construction in the railway and the spot light . So the room was well lit at night .
Asked for alarm to be fixed but no one came . Informed them they did give $200 off. However I don’t think the place was worth the $500+ I still have to pay . Not informing a guest at booking that we would have to face all these condition is not something that I expect a company in the hospitality business to do.
I am hoping that they don’t do this to other guests . Please fix the curtains , broken sofa , malfunctioning alarm and have a look this place could use a new coat of paint . If you need pictures let me know I can provide . This is the worst I have seen and I have been in tourism and hospitality for almost 40 years . I am sorry to tell you this but please fix this as the opportunity is great if fixed.
