Other Things to Note:
This is a brand NEW home in the heart of a NEW community in NE Calgary. There is construction going on around the home for this reason. There is also no back deck yet, so the back door has a safety lock on. NO ACCESS OUT THE BACK DOOR. Thank you! The yard and landscaping IS NOT done. There is no AC, it does get hot in the summer.
