Additionally, we request that both units' guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Shared Heating and Air Conditioner: This unit shares a furnace and air conditioner with the unit above. Therefore, the thermostat is locked within a specific temperature range of 21-23 degrees Celsius (70-72 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pets: If you are staying with a dog or dogs that bark often, please do not leave them alone in the unit.
Parking: Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap signs.

We were in town for my oldest daughter's wedding. We stayed for a week to help with preparations etc. The space was perfect for us. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to major thoroughfares. Easy to get to almost anywhere by car or uber, and good restaurants and stuff in walking distance. It was my first ever VRBO, so hard to give a comparison, but we really felt lucky finding this. Lots of nice touches from the hosts.
Joe and Gina’s house perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was centrally located, in a great neighborhood, and had everything that we needed for our stay in Calgary. We would definitely rebook the next time we visit!
The property is modern, clean, tidy, and organized. The kitchen is well stocked and basically anything you could need during the stay is provided. The check-in process is very easy and convenient and every detail is well thought out by the hosts, down to the beautiful art on the walls! The hosts were extra accommodating to our young family and provided a crib and high chair. The location is great, nice quiet residential area but close to downtown and commercial areas as well. There was always parking available on the street in front of the house.
Enjoyed our stay. Rental was very clean and spacious. Well stocked and beautifully decorated. Easy check in and hosts were quick to reply to messages. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and parks. Easy to get to and no problems with parking.
